Do not get your jewelry wet. Doing so will compromise the appearance of the sand  in  your jewelry.. 

Our process has been tested and re-tested to give our jewelry the the most durable qualities while maintaining its sand appeal. If, for any reason, your Sand Appeal product gets saturated or submerged in water, remove it at once. (Do not panic! SandAppealJewelry has been tested to repell water for a short period!) Dry it by lying in the sunlight or open air. (Do not rub it!) A hand held hair dryer set to medium heat also works well. SandAppealJewelry will last as long as you care for it! 


-Avoid oils, grease and other dirt from contact with your jewelry.
If this happens, use a soft toothbrush and gently brush the affected area. Add a drop of rubbing alchohol. Brush gently!
-Avoid placing SandAppealJewelry loosely in your drawer, pocket book or various compartments.
Due to the rough sand finish of the jewelry, it tends to collect dust, lint and dirt easily. Brush the area gently with a soft toothbrush to remove these particles. Store in box which it was received.
